Why would you use a temporary employee? 

To cover vacation or sick time for your employees, to have the extra hands needed for peak times, to keep employee costs low or maybe to “try-out” a person before extending a job offer. Whatever your reason, Add Temps has the solutions.

Becoming an Add Temps client is simple. You simply need to contact us through this web site or by calling us at 725-7575 in Rhode Island, 781-762-4449 in Massachusetts or by our toll free number 800-370-7777. 

At the time of contact, you will be asked your name, your Company’s name, telephone number, the location where the temporary help is needed, what kind of temporary help you need, the hours you would need the temporary help for and the type of work the temporary help would be required to do. Your information would then be forwarded to the sales representative who covers the area in which you are located and that person would call you back to make an appointment with you or conclude the sales information directly over the phone

After it is determined that you want to go forward with our service, the sales representative has an agreement typed up for your acceptance. This agreement covers the topics covered in either your appointment or sales call. The agreement will either be hand delivered to you or, if time is of the essence, faxed to you. Upon reviewing and accepting this agreement, it will be necessary for you to sign and return a copy of the agreement to Add Temps prior to the actual placement of the first temporary employee. A copy of the signed agreement could be faxed to Add Temps and upon receipt of it, a temporary employee can be sent right out.

Once an order for temporary help has been established, this order will continue until you the customer call and change or end the assignment. Should you require another type of temporary help beyond what is presently ordered, then the sales representative may need to contact you for more information prior to sending out the help for the second order. This is especially true if you have unskilled warehouse temporary employees then realize you also need two administrative assistants. The sales representative would need to call to find out more about your requirements for the new position and to possibly quote a new bill rate for that temporary assignment.
